Rosmini College senior students have been teaching simple health and safety lessons to classrooms around New Zealand and abroad since 2011. We invite your classroom to participate in 2020.

Lessons are taught by groups of Rosmini College senior students, once a week, for as many weeks as you choose. Each lesson is approximately 10 minutes long, will start with questions, offer a simple but effective message and end with questions and answers.

Check out the schedule below for when we are available, check off lesson topics your students might be interested in, and send an email and contact details to

The 2020 schedule is:

Chose a time within the following periods.

Monday: 9:10 to 9:40 am;

Tuesday: 9:10 to 9:40 am; 12:05 pm to 12:50; 1:40 to 2:10 pm

Wednesday: 1:40 to 2:10 pm

Thursday: 11:20 to 11:55 am

Health and Safety lessons are 8-10 minutes in length unless there is prior arrangement. See the list of suggested topics at the end of this letter. The lessons use a simple format starting from an introductory question, content, and questions to end. We also encourage classes to teach us and/or another classroom lessons were you are the “experts”.

HOW WE CONNECT: We use Zoom video technology (Voted Best Cloud based Video Conferencing Tool for last 5 years). We send you the URL, to click on and JOIN A MEETING, and you enter the classrooms number we provide. There is no need to download software, and there is no cost. All we ask is that you support, crowd control of your students. NOTE: Many classes split the class into small groups, allowing the teacher to be working with one group and our students work with the other group on line. This is our 10th year and we have connected with over 120 schools in 20 countries… will your classroom be the next?

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
